JUNGLE ARTWORK - VINES VINES VINES
This gallery is mainly inspired by my time in the jungle in Hawaii as a soldier.
The vines are so thick there, if you don't watch where you're stepping, you'll find yourself 6 feet up until you fall through. Then you get stuck in more vines. There was not a lot of green where I grew up, but in the jungle, there were hundreds of shades of green.

Vines are a big theme in my jungle drawings.

Humphrey Space Ranger zipping through the jungle - through vines.
I spent a lot of time in the jungle in Hawaii, when I was in the army for two years from 1974-1976.
They took us to the Big Island for a month every year for maneuvers up at the volcano. We would go from sea level to 10,000 feet, trying our best to breathe as conditions changed. We were up there when it started to erupt, but we were able to leave, and it erupted a couple days after.

Wayne's Favorite Piece
This was the first picture I did after moving to Florida.
They have wild parrots there, and I always thought they were beautiful.
